A risks analysis allows the identification of all the risks that may involve losses and having major impacts on the company.

 The evaluation of the risks must include :

· Probability that the risk (threat) is carried out ; 

· Identification of the impacts ;

· Define necessary controls for the reduction/attenuation of these risks .
